Bushwalking is good for the body, mind & spirit. Disconnect yourself from the stress of everday life & reconnect with nature. Achieve mindfulness naturally in the great outdoors. Be silent & enjoy the beauty of nature. Experience the healing & wellness promoting effects of Shinrin Yoku, the practice of bathing the senses in the atmosphere of the forest. Take a mindful walk with a Guide on a trail as you awaken your senses & reconnect with nature.
This is a fairly easy 2 kilometre walk in Serpentine National Park. Originally a timber mill town in 1872, Jarrahdale is now a historic town using its jarrah trees for tourism instead of logging.
The path is well defined with a short steepish single file section.
