Helen Lynes has extensive experience as a manager, community development and capacity building practitioner, university lecturer and systemic advocate in the mental health sector, and in environmental, climate, multicultural and Indigenous affairs. She’s been involved in public policy processes and evaluation at grassroots, local government, State and Federal levels, and has a passion for the empowerment and Voice of people in reform, and for speaking up for the rights of communities and nature.
