How to enter:
You can enter by following @conservationcouncilwa and tagging a friend on the relevant post (found here) during the Promotional Period.
This competition will commence at 9.00am AWST on Tuesday 29th August 2023 and conclude at 11.59pm AWST Tuesday 5th September 2023 (“Promotional Period”). Taking part in this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Conservation Council of Western Australia (CCWA), ABN 35 982 476 107 1186 Hay Street, West Perth, 6005, WA. Phone 08 6558 5155 is the promoter of this Promotion (“Conservation Council of WA”, “CCWA” or “we”)
To be eligible for entry (“Entrant”) into the Promotion you must meet (“Eligibility Criteria”):
a) Be a resident of Western Australia
b) Comment a friend on the relevant Instagram post using an @ tag
b) Be following conservationcouncilwa on Instagram
c) Have a public profile on Instagram so we can view your Entry
d) Be over 18 years of age.

Multiple entries are permitted. Each comment = 1 entry. Additional entries are available for those that share the post.
Valid entries are those that satisfy the eligibility criteria and are submitted before 11.59pm AWST on Thursday 31st August 2023.
There are multiple prizes to be won as follows:
- Full CCWA Conference ticket x 10
- Day 1 ticket only x 5
- Day 2 ticket only x 5
The total prize pool is approx $3,600
The Winner will be notified by a comment on the Instagram post and direct message by a CCWA representative at CCWA, 1186 Hay Street, West Perth, 6005, WA on Friday 1st September 2023 at 10am (Draw Date).
The Winner must collect their Prize in a manner to be determined by CCWA. If a Winner is unable or unwilling to take the Prize as stated, or if the Prize remains unclaimed within 3 days of draw date, the Winner will be deemed ineligible and will forfeit the prize. Where a Winner has been deemed ineligible a new Winner will be selected at the absolute discretion of CCWA, in the same manner and place as the original draw.
The Prize cannot be transferred. The Prize is solely for event tickets and does not cover costs incurred in travelling to/from the event.
CCWA decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
CCWA reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who does not meet the Eligibility Criteria.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia and each Entrant agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Western Australia.
