Walk and Talk for Wildlife

Join CCWA, the Wilderness Society and WA Forest Alliance on Thursday 23 May, at Beeliar Wetlands, for a free and family-friendly event. This event is an important opportunity to come together to discuss our new environmental laws and how we can ensure nature is thriving for generations to come.

WA is the only state with rising emissions, while Australia is the world leader in mammal extinctions. We need to ensure strong new laws for nature now more than ever! The federal government has an urgent, once-in-a-generation opportunity to step up and pass laws protecting nature for good.

The event will feature a twilight stroll around this beautiful and now protected area, followed by a Q&A session on our new nature laws. You’ll hear from expert speakers and have a special opportunity to be heard on matters that are important to you.

Food and drinks will be provided.

See you there!
