Cambridge Coastcare is holding an open day at Floreat Surf Life Saving Club to show how you can help restore coastal dunes at City and Floreat beaches.

Cambridge Coastcare members will be on hand on Sunday, 7 May between 10am and 11.30am to demonstrate planting techniques, equipment and to discuss future conservation efforts.

The open day is part of Adopt-a-Dune, an initiative where volunteers monitor a small section of the dunes routinely to identify and report problems.

Come down and find out how you can help conserve our beach areas and ensure they are here for future generations to enjoy.
