Tell Roger Cook: Stop the gas rip off

Frack the Kimberley? Wreck Scott Reef?

Or make gas companies give us the gas we’re owed?

Premier Roger Cook says we have no choice but to get more gas by wrecking Scott Reef or fracking the Kimberley.

But big gas companies like Woodside have taken billions of dollars’ worth of gas earmarked for WA – and sold it overseas for profit.

Under WA’s domestic gas reservation policy, LNG exporters are meant to reserve 15% of their gas for the local market. According to a Parliamentary Inquiry, they’ve only delivered 8%.

We don’t have a gas supply problem. We have a gas export problem.

WA has more than enough gas and no need for destructive new gas projects.

Tell Roger Cook to stand up for WA nature, businesses and communities – by making gas corporations give us the gas they owe.

Dear Premier Roger Cook,

We don’t need to frack the Kimberley. We don’t need to wreck Scott Reef.

If you enforced WA's domestic gas policy properly, we'd have more than enough gas for WA homes and businesses while we urgently transition to renewables.

Do what’s right for WA. Stand up to the gas companies and get us the gas they owe.
