With guest speaker Henry Jackson speaking on public participation in environmental law – hopes and fears
Henry is a prominent barrister who has a general commercial and public law litigation practice. He has a special interest in planning, environmental and local government law. Prior to coming to the WA Bar, he practiced in Melbourne for 10 years including roles at top end private law firms, an in-house role at the Victorian EPA and three years at the Victorian Bar.
