Come and discover how to become a bee keeper and meet hobbyist and commercial beekeepers! In addition to the informative demonstrations of beekeepers loading their honey trucks and a flow hive presentation, the festival program also consists of insightful beekeeper talks, including interstate guest Mark Stafford from Ezyloader New South Wales who will be demonstrating his unique beekeeping cranes. The event is sure to prove fascinating for young children as well with the Scitech gang on hand with a range of fun bee and honey themed interactive activities, as well as face painting and a honey bee quiz trail.

There will also be live jazz performances for the whole family to enjoy throughout the afternoon, plus the chance to enter the Honey Cake competition and Best Show Honey competition
