You will be led by Brooke ‘Sparkles’ Murphy into the world of wild edible foraging. Along the way, you will meet local sustainable food gurus, learn about the history, traditional harvesting and preparation techniques of all the edible weeds of this region, and the best bit is, you will also participate in turning this abundant harvest into a delicious feast for you and all your new found foraging friends on the day.
