Morning Work at Baigup

Come along and help restore the native habitat in our local wetland. Planting native flora and removing unwanted vegetation to benefit the birds and wildlife that call Baigup home.

Where: Take the path at the crossroads within the reserve (look for the Baigup Wetlands work day sign). Parking available in Hinds Reserve car park near Garratt Rd Bridge. (Access from Milne Street)

What to Bring: Gloves, sturdy footwear, digging tools if available, weather protection, water bottle and a sense of humour.

Morning tea provided at 11.30am finish time.

Youth under 16 are welcome to participate in the company of a responsible adult, or for insurance purposes, contact Rebecca Ferguson at City of Bayswater on 9272 0665 or [email protected] to make formal arrangements for supervision by Work Day organisers.
